Personalised Initial Assessment
£65/ Clinic
£85/Home Visit
Total duration: 60 minutes
Your journey to recovery begins with a comprehensive and personalised assessment, where we carefully examine your physical condition, symptoms, medical history, and personal goals.
This initial step is essential to ensure that your treatment is safe, effective, and tailored specifically to your needs.
What does the Initial Assessment include?
- 1. In-depth medical history (Anamnesis): We will discuss your main concerns, past injuries, daily habits, physical activity, posture, and relevant medical background.
- 2. Functional and postural evaluation: I will assess your muscle imbalances, joint restrictions, postural deviations, and movement patterns.
- 3. Muscle and joint testing: We will check your muscle strength, range of motion, joint stability, and identify any signs of pain or dysfunction.
- 4. Personalised treatment plan: Based on the findings, I will create a specific treatment protocol for you — which may include kinesiotherapy, electrotherapy (such as Russian or Aussie current or microcurrent), ultrasound therapy, laser, and other integrated techniques.
- 5. First therapeutic application (if appropriate): When possible, treatment begins during the initial assessment to provide immediate relief and begin the process of muscular rebalancing.

Total duration: 60-90 minutes or more
Whether you’re a recreational athlete or training at a competitive level, I offer evidence-based protocols to enhance muscular strength, coordination, and injury resilience — helping you reach peak performance safely and efficiently.
Strength & Conditioning Therapy
1. Complete Physical Assessment (30–90 min)
We take the time to fully understand your body and your goals through:
- Electrostimulation of abdominals and quadriceps to increase core stability, balance, and lower limb power
- EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) for deep fibre recruitment, especially type II (fast-twitch) fibres
- Aussie Current therapy for explosive strength development with reduced fatigue
Sports-Specific Rehabilitation
- Post-injury neuromuscular re-education
- Correction of movement patterns causing chronic strain
- Return-to-sport protocols after ankle sprains, ACL recovery, hamstring tears
- Balance and proprioceptive training for athletes with joint instability
- Agility and dynamic control exercises to improve movement economy
Functional isometric and eccentric loading protocols for:
– Hamstrings (injury prevention in runners and footballers)
– Glutes and hip stabilisers (for improved agility and force control)
– Shoulder girdle (throwing athletes, swimmers)
Injury Prevention Protocols
- Core muscle activation to reduce risk of spinal and lower limb injuries
- Hip-knee alignment correction in jumping and landing
- Ankle stabilisation drills to prevent re-injury
- Shoulder stabilisation for overhead athletes
- Flexibility and recovery sessions with ultrasound and microcurrent to minimise overload
Performance Optimisation Programmes
- Centre of gravity control and pelvic alignment training for improved posture and biomechanics
- Respiratory function and diaphragm facilitation techniques
- Coordination of muscle chains through kinesiotherapy and guided neuromuscular training
- Energy system support through periodised training loads and recovery therapy
